A Mexican tamal, for those who aren't yet in the know, is a dough-like corn parcel, filled with all sorts of deliciousness, from slow-cooked meats to sweet treats, all wrapped up and steamed in either a corn husk or banana leaf.
Our tamales are hand-made in the traditional Artisan way as being made over centuries with original recipes.
